About Designrush and the founder
I work with all things digital. Be it making websites, managing communications or design solutions, I am all about implementation and impact. I have worked with groups and individuals all over the world, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to people kickstarting their own business.
Having a start in design and experience of working with agencies, both the highs and the low, working with visionaries and upstarts, I’ve learnt building businesses and digitising them requires patience but quick turnarounds. Thus, Designrush was born out of way to remove the admin, headaches and inefficiencies of getting gamechanging digital work done.
While I’m mainly based in Dublin, Ireland, I’m currently working with clients in San Francisco, Toronto and London, and beyond.
Do you do custom plans?
Yes, we are happy to discuss a plan that suits your needs
What does unlimited submissions and unlimited revision mean?
As it says, you can request as many design requests and revision as you like. We work on one task at a time, so any additional submissions will be prioritised.
What is considered a task?
A task can be anything really. From a text change to a full website. Bigger tasks liks the latter will be broken down into smaller, tangible tasks for example wireframing, brand guidelines, icon creation, testing and so on.
I’ll help with the prioritisation and implementation of these tasks to help provide a clear path of what your are trying to achieve. This could even include things that you don’t need.
How fast can you turn around tasks?
Most tasks will be performed within 3 business days. Due to the simplicity or complexity of a request it may be done that day or take longer but we can provide closer estimates on a daily basis.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, if you take a quarterly or annual plan, you will save 10% and 20% respectively.
Registered non-profits and charities may all avail of a 20% discount on all plans.
Who owns the rights to my designs?
You own everything 100%. We can send source files on request.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Simply email [email protected] and we will take care of it for you
I only have one design request at the moment, can I pause my subscription?
Yes, once the first design request is done and you are happy with it, feel free to pause the subscription from your account. Also, you can come back and resume your subscription anytime you have new requests.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
Do your offer refunds?
We do not offer any form of money-back guarantee or refunds. If you are unhappy with the outcome of a task you may get another revision.
Can I invite team members to add tasks?
Sure thing, you can add an unlimited number of members from your team. It should be noted that all of them will use the same design queue unless another subscription is purchased.
Registered non-profits and charities may all avail of a 20% discount on all plans.
